One name on Chelsea’s transfer shortlist is Borussia Dortmund winger Jadon Sancho.  According to reports, Chelsea will need to break out transfer record and spend over £100 million to sign Sancho.

Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has been backed by former Chelsea defender Frank Sinclair to sign the England international because it is a move that makes sense.

Speaking on Stadium Astro, the 48-year-old said: “Frank, go and get him.

“Go and get him, Frank.

“There’s a link with Chelsea at the moment, so we need to get him.

“I think he’s quality.”

Sinclair also explained why he wants to see Sancho at Stamford Bridge.

“I’d like to see him at Chelsea,” Sinclair added.

“He has also admitted to being a fan.

“That’s another one that makes sense, coming back to England.”
