Chelsea boss Frank Lampard had a successful playing career with Chelsea before his retirement from the game.
Lampard spent 13 years at the club and is one of the most successful players to wear the Chelsea shirt. Chelsea were at its highest point during the playing days of Lampard as the club weren’t only a force in the Premier League but in Europe as well.
Now the manager of Chelsea, Lampard is trying to instill that same winning mentality to his players, and Chelsea defender Kurt Zouma has revealed that the Blues boss hates when the team loses a game.
Zouma told the club’s official website of Lampard: “He hates a defeat, he hates it.
“He’s the kind of manager who comes to us when we make a mistake and tells us but he’s very calm as well. He understands the game because he’s been involved in it for a long time and he’s there to give us advice.
“He’s the first one to say when we make a mistake and we try to make it right in the next game.”
Chelsea have now lost five games in the league this season, once in the Champions League and a League Cup defeat as well.
