Chelsea staged a stunning late comeback to beat Arsenal 2-1 at the Emirates on Sunday and ruin Mikel Arteta’s return to Emirates Stadium as Arsenal manager.
Arsenal led at halftime but two late goals from Jorginho and Tammy Abraham ensured the Blues left the Emirates with all three points.
Chelsea boss Frank Lampard admitted after the game that the Blues were poor in the first 30 minutes against Arsenal but felt Chelsea dominated in the second half.
Lampard told BBC Sport: “We were so awful for 30 minutes; slow, lethargic, nervous. The opposite of against Tottenham.
“We gave Arsenal everything they wanted. We made the change early, felt it had to be done. Second half we dominated.”
