Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp has signed a new contract keeping him at the club until 2024.

Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has revealed what he thinks of the new deal.

Asked about Klopp’s extension, Chelsea boss Lampard said on Friday: “Liverpool are a huge rival. What Jurgen has built has been incredible. Congratulations on the contract, it is fully deserved.

“We have so many great managers in the Premier League. I love going up against the top managers so I’m pleased, not disappointed. It is a challenge for us to bridge that gap.”
