Chelsea have been strongly linked with Crystal Palace star Wilfried Zaha this January transfer window, but the Blues could now lose the 27-year-old to Germany giants Bayern Munich.
Zaha had linked up with super-agent Pini Zahavi – a clear indicator from the Crystal Palace winger that he wants to move to a bigger club.
Zahavi is considered one of the most influential agents in football and already represents Bayern Munich star Robert Lewandowski.
According to Sky Sports, Zahavi has wasted little time in looking for a big club move for his new client and has opened preliminary talks with Bayern.
Palace are holding out for a transfer fee of £80m, a valuation that will scare many Premier League sides.
Meanwhile, Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has pulled the plug on a transfer for Crystal Palace winger Wilfried Zaha due to his extortionate wage demands.
Zaha is said to want a whopping £200,000-a-week to move to Stamford Bridge and Lampard believes paying such wages might disrupt the dressing room.
