Kepa Arrizabalaga has come under heavy criticism this season after making several errors this season.

The Spaniard, who is the world’s most expensive goalkeeper, has the worst save percentage in the Premier League and recent reports have claimed the club is looking to sign another goalkeeper.

Fans and pundits criticised Arrizabalaga for his performance against Arsenal as the Blues conceded two goals from Arsenal’s two shots on goals. Several fans have blamed the goalkeeper for failing to save Arsenal’s second goal.

Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has revealed the club’s transfer decision on Arrizabalaga.

According to Lampard, Chelsea won’t sign a replacement for Arrizabalaga in January but Lampard’s answer hints the club could sign a replacement in the summer if Arrizabalaga’s poor form continues.

Asked if Chelsea will sign a replacement for Arrizabalaga, Lampard said: “I am not looking at strengthening that position now.

“Kepa knows and he’ll be honest that there have been some mistakes that have cost us goals. It is the nature of it, so that needs to improve.”

Lampard must sign a good attacker, eg ISCO, or jardon Sancho, or Zaha this January 2020 if not we will not qualified for top 4

  2. Chelsea board, when r u start buying some players?Do u want to start panicking at the deadline day? That’s y u buy expensive & useless players like Higuain,Kepa,Giruld & Torres who become the worst signing in European league.U do these errors cos it’s not yr own money which is being wasted.Had u realize that this is business,I don’t know if you can continue doing it.It pains to see money being wasted like this.

    • I’ll argue you don’t know football if you add torres to the list. When did you start supporting Chelsea? 😠

  3. I don’t support any replacement of Kepa… He is still and only some improvements need to be made. Kepa is still the best goalkeeper comparing to most of the goalkeepers world wide
