It was a perfect home display for Chelsea as two goals courtesy of Callum Hudson-Odoi and Ross Barkley was enough to seal Chelsea’s progress into the next round.

Caballero: Had nothing to do all game as he was barely tested. 6/10

Reece James: Put in a lot of inviting crosses as he kept bombarding the left flank. 7/10

Tomori: Solid at the back. No issues at all. 7/10

Christensen: Handled the little threat that came his way with ease. 7/10

Emerson: Sometimes his final decision lacked quality, but he kept creating an option on the left flank. 6/10

Jorginho: Just kept it simple in the middle as Chelsea dominated play. 7/10

Kovacic: Chelsea had control of the midfield and he did okay beside Jorginho. 6/10

Barkley: Scored Chelsea’s second as he showed good anticipation. Good game having been out of the team for a while. 7.5/10

Hudson-Odoi: Was the star of the show as he scored the first and set up the second for Barkley. Always looked to make things happen whenever he had the ball. 8/10

Pedro: Looked a bit rusty but had a decent game. 6/10

Batshuayi: Got a lot of chances but somehow couldn’t find the net. 5/10

Subs

Lamptey: Did well playing as a right winger after replacing Pedro. 6/10

Mount: Came on for Kovacic and just did decently. 5/10
