Chelsea have submitted a loan bid for PSG striker Edison Cavani, according to The Times with the Blues offering to pay his £360,000 a week wages and £5 million in loan fee

The 32 year old striker is keen on leaving PSG this month and has already submitted a transfer request to the French club.

According to The Times, PSG would rather sell Cavani permanently for around £23million instead of letting the Uruguayan international leave on loan.

Chelsea are unlikely to pay that much for a 32 year old striker despite Cavani’s excellent goalscoring record.

  2. Please buy him… He’s just as good as an 18 year old

  3. I think Cavani for short term is good for Chelsea to qualify to champions league.
