Chelsea have completed the signing of highly rated attacker Bryan Solhaug Fiabema from Tromso.
The 16-year-old forward, who turns 17 in February, signed a three and a half year contract with the Blues and Chelsea is believed to have paid around £800,000 to Tromso as compensation fee for the youngster.
Fiabema who was at Stamford Bridge on Saturday to watch the Blues beat Burnley 3-0, has now revealed his pleasure of signing for Chelsea.
“First and foremost I will play for the Chelsea U18 team. In addition, I’m going to train with the U23 team,” Bryan Fiabema said according to the official Tromso FC website.
“I will however bring my experiences from Tromso through having good routines in everyday life and exercising well. I must focus on what I can do about it and then I think I can do most things.”
Fiabema also revealed that his coaches at Tromso has laid down a solid foundation to help him for the rest of his career.
He added: “I have had a good relationship with my various coaches, which I have benefited from individually.
“They have followed me very well and taught me a lot. Especially on the football-smartness part, I feel that I have grown a lot in recent years.”
