According to Sky Sport Italia via Daily Mail, Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud will undergo a medical with Inter Milan this weekend after the Italian club reached an agreement with Chelsea.

The report claims Chelsea have agreed a £5.5 million deal with Inter Milan for the transfer of Giroud.

Giroud, whose Chelsea deal expires in the summer, had agreed a two-and-a-half-year contract.

The 33 year old forward has not featured for Chelsea since the end of November, with Tammy Abraham and Michy Batshuayi ahead of him in pecking order.

Giroud joined Chelsea from Arsenal two years ago for £18 million and has scored 19 goals since joining Chelsea.
