According to The Athletic, Chelsea’s interest in signing Ake has dropped with Chelsea scouts having doubts over Ake’s ability to make an impact for Frank Lampard’s side.

Chelsea’s doubts over the signing of Ake could open the door for Tottenham Hotspur and Arsenal to sign the 24 year old defender.
