Tottenham join Chelsea in race for Brazilian goal machine

According to Daily Express, Premier League rivals Tottenham are considering making a move for Chelsea transfer target Gabriel Barbosa in the January transfer window.

Barbosa scored 34 goals in 41 games while on loan at Flamengo and his goalscoring exploits has attracted interest.

The report claims Tottenham boss Jose Mourinho is looking for a replacement for the injured Harry Kane and believe Inter Milan striker Gabriel Barbosa could be the ideal back-up.

Despite Chelsea’s interest in Barbosa, the Blues are yet to submit a bid for the Brazilian. It is believed Inter Milan want £25million for the 23 year old Brazilian.
