Giroud is keen to complete the transfer to Inter Milan but the Italians are yet to agree a transfer fee with Chelsea for Giroud.
According to The Guardian, Inter Milan are currently prepared to offer only £3.4 million (€4 million) for the Frenchman while Chelsea want €10 million for the 33-year-old, who is out of contract in the summer.
Former Chelsea boss Antonio Conte has made Giroud is number one target and he is reportedly still hopeful that the two clubs can find a solution.
