Olivier Giroud has struggled for game time this season under Frank Lampard, with the France international starting just two Premier League games for Chelsea.
The Frenchman was keen on leaving Chelsea during the January transfer window but a move to Inter Milan and Tottenham Hotspur failed to materialise.
Tammy Abraham has now given his take on Giroud’s lack of game time at Chelsea.
Abraham said, as quoted by Goal: “You never know, these things happen in football. Sometimes you are at the top and sometimes you are not.
“It is about staying professional and as focused as you can to keep trying.”
