Chelsea lost 3-0 at Stamford Bridge to German club Bayern Munich on Tuesday.

According to Bayern Munich boss Hans Flick, a concentrated performance from his team helped Bayern Munich beat Chelsea 3-0.

Flick told Sky Sports Germany: “Thomas [Müller] did exactly what we needed today. He used the space well and made things difficult for our opponents, played the right passes behind the defence. It was a very concentrated performance from the whole team and we’re very happy.”

Flick also praised Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski for his performance against Chelsea after he provided two assists and also scored.

“Football is a team sport,” said Hansi Flick, paying tribute to Lewandowski after two great assists.

“He has absolutely no doubt about his ability to score in the knockout stages.”
