After a barren first-half at the King Power Stadium against Leicester, the second-half was all action and Chelsea went ahead through Antonio Rudiger immediately after the restart. Unfortunately the Blues conceded two goals and had to be rescued by Antonio Rudiger after the 70 minute mark for a point.
Caballero who started in place of Willy Caballero has come under fire for his part in Leicester City’s second goal as he ran far off his line.
The 38-year-old has revealed that he’s happy with the point gained against Leicester City and has also urged his team to improve defensively.
“We are unhappy with the goals we conceded, but at the end of the day we have one point and it was so difficult after going 2-1 down,” he said.
“It will be difficult for another team to rescue points here.
“We didn’t do the proper job in the first half when we had three or four clear chances and we didn’t score.
“But then the second half was a little bit crazy; we were winning, then losing. So we have to learn from this game, improve a lot because we are a little bit weak in a defensive way, and the only way is winning points. We won one point and we are happy because we could have lost.”
