According to Dutch newspaper De Telegraaf, Chelsea have a verbal agreement in place to sign Ajax midfielder Hakim Ziyech this summer for €45 million (£37.8 million).
Chelsea tried to sign the 26-year-old Morocco international during the January transfer window but Ajax were unwilling to let him leave until the end of the season.

Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is eager to add creativity to the squad this summer and he is convinced Ziyech is the player to add creativity for the Blues after providing two assists in Chelsea’s 4-4 Champions League draw with Ajax at Stamford Bridge last year.
Ziyech has been involved in 29 goals this season across all competitions, including two goals and five assists in six European outings.
Ziyech joine Ajax from FC Twente in 2016 for a reported €11 million and was a key player for Ajax as they won a domestic league and cup double last season.
He was named Ajax’s Player of the Year award in each of his past two seasons.
I will love to see my team Chelsea attacker this summer
I will rather go for isco instead of this ziyech
Ziyech is a good player. He can dribble, he can score and he’s good at set pieces.
I will love to see zeyich in Chelsea next season
