Spanish outlet Marca, has released the all-time starting XI of former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho.

Mourinho had managed in many top leagues in the world and many top club sides, as the Portuguese had managed Porto, Chelsea, Inter Milan, Real Madrid, Manchester United and now Tottenham.

Jose won three Premier League titles with the Blues and also won league titles at Madrid, Porto and Inter, with two Champions League trophies with Porto and Inter. But, it was with Chelsea that he had the most success over two stints, with many of past Chelsea players making Mourinho’s all-time eleven.

Eight former Chelsea players made the team as Jose went for a back four of Javier Zanetti, Ricardo Carvalho, John Terry and William Gallas, with Petr Cech in goal. There was no room for Chelsea fullbacks Ashley Cole and Branislav Ivanovic who were effective in Mourinho’s team.

Check out the team below

Jose Mourinho’s Dream XI : Petr Cech, Javier Zanetti, Ricardo Carvalho, John Terry, William Gallas, Claude Makelele, Frank Lampard, Mesut Ozil, Eden Hazard, Cristiano Ronaldo, Didier Drogba.

What do you think of this team?

About the Author

Chelsea is more than just a football club to me; it's a passion I share, and my affinity with the Chelsea badge is one that will last forever. As far as watching my favourite team is concerned, I'd rather miss a meal than miss a Chelsea game.
