Chelsea are of no shortage of youngsters in the first team, as Blues boss Frank Lampard has proven that he’s keen to play anybody in the team as long as they are ready to perform.
The likes of Mason Mount, Fikayo Tomori, Callum Hudson-Odoi, Reece James and Tammy Abraham have all been a part of the squad this season, while Billy Gilmour, Tariq Lamptey, Tino Anjorin and Marc Guehi have all gotten cameo appearances.
However, Gilmour hit top strides with his man of the match performance against Liverpool as Chelsea sent the Reds packing with a 2-0 victory.

Another Chelsea youngster Conor Gallagher who’s out on loan has revealed he’s delighted with Gilmour’s performance and is keen to replicate same at the club, while also revealing that he’s a fan of club as well as his family.
“He was unreal,” Gallagher told BBC. “He is a good mate of mine so to see him do as well as he did was great.
“There is a lot of talent there as everyone can see. Hopefully, I can get there one day as well.
“It would be a dream [to play for Chelsea]. Me and my family are all Chelsea fans and that would make them so proud of me, which is the best feeling.”
Gallagher had a good time on loan with Championship side Charlton Athletic at the start of the season before joining Swansea in January.
