Chelsea have been linked linked with Barcelona star Philippe Coutinho, who has failed to impress since leaving Liverpool for Barcelona.
Currently on loan with German giants Bayern Munich, Coutinho also hasn’t convinced the Bavarians to make his deal permanent.
According to the Sunday Mirror, Arsenal have enquired about Coutinho’s availability and are keen to rival Chelsea for his signing.

Meanwhile, ESPN FC pundit Alejandro Moreno has warned Chelsea from splashing the cash on Coutinho as he isn’t an upgrade on Willian.
“From what we have seen from Coutinho lately, how is he a significant improvement to, say, Willian, who’s right there [at Chelsea]?” Moreno said.
“So if you want to look at the impact Coutinho may have on your team, just look at what Willian is doing right now, and is that good enough? Is that what you’re looking for?
“Is that going to improve your team significantly? I don’t think so.”
