According to Daily Express, Chelsea are close to completing a deal for Hartlepool goalkeeper Brad Young.
The Blues have reportedly agreed a fee with Hartlepool for the 17 year old goalkeeper.
Young, who was also closely followed by Manchester United and Arsenal, reportedly spent the last two weeks on trial at Chelsea.
Hartlepool boss Dave Challinor confirmed Chelsea have held talks with the club over the transfer of Young.
“He’s been linked with everyone!” Hartlepool boss Dave Challinor said recently.
“There has absolutely been dialogue and not just with Chelsea, there has been dialogue with six or seven what I would call the top, top Premier League clubs.”
