According to Football London, Chelsea and London rivals Tottenham Hotspur will battle for the signing of Burnley goalkeeper Nick Pope in the summer.

Tottenham Hotspur boss Jose Mourinho wants Nick Pope to replace Hugo Lloris as their number one goalkeeper while Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is keen on replacing Kepa Arrizabalaga in goal for the Blues.

Pope has been in fine form for Burnley this season and has the most clean sheets in the Premier League this season.

While it isn’t known how much Burnley will demand for their goalkeeper, it is believed Pope is keen on joining Chelsea this summer.
