The Chelsea board have been given two options by Chelsea fan Kiura Kabiri, who wants the board to choose between a ‘strategy approach’ or ‘business approach’.

According to Kabiri, Chelsea have struggled in recent years because the board have failed to back managers and build a quality squad.

Commenting on the post ‘When will Chelsea regain the top European status it once had?’, Kabiri said: “Until we believe in a particular manager for more than a season, empower him and support his philosophy, [Chelsea won’t regain top status in Europe.]

“Conte was too good, he left for the same reason as Mourinho two times, strengthen with better option not 50-50 likes. Support my project-give me time to implement it, fail and find a way. Same as Sarri. Sarri though rigid wasn’t that bad but again not as better as Conte.

“Chelsea FC have to choose between a Strategy or a Business approach. If you look at teams that have maintained a high level and also, as when Chelsea was a formidable force, excellence and quality wasn’t a compromise. For the last 10 or so years Business approach has been a key and so the dwindling performance.

“Only a fool would have believed Lamps would go past Bayern. No way! Look at their attack alone and their youth. Kimmich, Davies et al found the likes of Robben and Ribery and they picked much from them. See now, they are at their game.

“There must be a strategy for the young to integrate with the experienced for them to reach their maturity. Chelsea is suffering from the Arsenal syndrome, after the failure of a follow up in their unbeaten fit.”

Exactly, I perfectly support Kabiri. How many managers have we changed in the last decade, how many are we going to change soon; as Lampart looks like suffering from player selection problem. For almost a full season he can simply not settle on first eleven players and call them the core of his project, if any. I can see his exist door ajar.

  2. Sure am with her on this one.

Yes!!!, Kabiri is very correct. Support Lampard, our own and he’ll succeed. No much quality in Chelsea for now, it hurts me.

  5. Yes I do agree with him

  6. I do agree with him 100%,Our board don’t want to give managers enough time to create better team, isn’t that easy for Lampard with this young players after a transfer ban they need a better and experience player in the team that this kids will be looking up to, but despite the fact that the appeal work perfectly for us they fail to sign a new player for the manager how do you expect him to perform the way we want, I can’t stop thinking on why the board are spending on unnecessary things and not a potential players, am sick of all this, Chelsea will remain like this until the board support the managers.

I completely support the idea of Kabiri, we must get quality in each field areas and then integrate our young guns to to mature with the experienced ones, we also need to stop acting late and wait for last minute signing, it has brought us below 50% quality players hence flops.

I am very much agreeable with Kabiri . Chelsea FC has been reduced to an average club by some of the approach the board is currently implementing

It is so saddened to see Chelsea owner drew back from the Team as he was superving the Team before. LAMPAD as surpassed his Target, so nobody can do better with the present situations. Looking at the Team again and again. Where are the players to compete with Top teams. Kante is injured, William has not been performing since the death of his mother. So with much injury and no new player in January. Pls nobody should expect magic.
