According to Daily Star, Chelsea have first-refusal option on £60 million Lyon striker Moussa Dembele.
The Blues tried to sign Dembele during the January transfer window but Lyon were reluctant to lose their key striker halfway through the season and rejected Chelsea’s bid for the Frenchman.
Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is reportedly a huge admirer of Dembele, who has netted 22 goals in 42 appearances for Lyon this term.
Chelsea reportedly have a first-refusal option on Dembele after a failed attempt to sign him in January and the Blues will have to fork out around £60 million to sign Dembele, which would make him the second most expensive signing in Chelsea’s history.
Premier League rivals Manchester United are also in the race for Dembele.
