Chelsea youngster Armando Broja rose through the ranks at Chelsea, and introduced himself to the Blues fans with a decent performance in a cameo appearance in the 4-0 thrashing of Everton last weekend.
Like many Chelsea youngsters, Broja has now revealed that he idolised club legend Didier Drogba.
“My Chelsea idol is Didier Drogba,” he said.
“He was a machine, very strong, a great finisher and he had an amazing career.
“At Chelsea, he achieved so much and he was always the one to produce in the big games.”
Broja revealed that he also looked up to Brazil legend Ronaldo and aims to be like the striking legend.
“My dad first introduced me to him and I watched so many of his clips,” he said.
“He was strong, fast, two-footed, he had everything. That’s who I aspire to be like.”
The 18-year-old is the 8th academy product to make his debut for the club this season, and the Albanian teenager is is proving himself with the U18s, having netted 10 goals in 9 appearances in the U18 PL, while also scoring 3 times in 10 appearances for the U23 side in the PL 2.
