Chelsea step up interest in £90 million Nigerian striker

According to French publication Le Quotidien du Foot, Chelsea have stepped up interest in Lille striker Victor Osimhen.

Premier League rivals Manchester United, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur are also reportedly interested in the 21 year old Nigerian striker.

Barcelona, Real Madrid, AC Milan, Roma and Napoli are also said to be interested in Osimhen, who is said to command a fee in the region of £90million.

Osimhen joined Lille from Belgian outfit Charleroi in the summer of 2019 for a bargain £10million plus a further £2.5m in add-ons.

Osimhen has impressed in his first season at Lille, scoring 18 goals and providing six assists in 38 appearances for the Ligue 1 side – including two in the Champions League.

    The Blues board, kindly get us a striker it could be Victor osimhen, Moussa Dembele, Timi Werner at least a striker to keep our hope alive. I would have prefer Timi Werner or Dembele but i trust our blues board. Chelsea for live.
