The Premier League has confirmed that referee Kevin Friend will be the man in charge of the Premier League clash between Chelsea and Everton at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
Friend who hails from Leicester will be taking charge of his second Chelsea game of the season, having been in charge of 4 Chelsea matches last season, including the same fixture between the Blues and the Toffees.

Friend was the man in charge when Chelsea defeated Burnley 3-0 back in January. He also officiated the goalless draw between Chelsea and Everton at Stamford Bridge last season.
Adrian Holmes and Simon Beck will be the assistant referees for this game, with Graham Scott as the fourth official.
Martin Atkinson will be in charge of the VAR system, and will be assisted by Lee Betts.
Friend is always a one sided ref and mostly against the Blues. So kindly may he think and officiate football.
