According to the Independent, Chelsea’s Champions League match against Bayern Munich will be played behind closed doors at the Allianz Arena due to concerns over coronavirus.

Chelsea lost 3-0 to Bayern Munich in the first leg at Stamford Bridge and will play the second leg of the tie at Munich on Wednesday 18 March behind closed doors.

The decision to play the game behind closed doors comes after the Bavarian state opted to cancel all events with over 1,000 attendees, which means Bayern’s home game against Dusseldorf will also be played behind closed doors.

Valencia vs Atalanta, PSG vs Dortmund, Juventus vs Lyon, and Barcelona vs Napoli will also be played behind closed doors.

However, Liverpool vs Atletico Madrid and Manchester City vs Real Madrid, along with RB Leipzig vs Spurs will be played with fans in attendance.
