Journalist gives update on Hudson-Odoi’s state after contracting coronavirus and Chelsea’s clash with Aston Villa

Chelsea have been hit with the recent epidemic, coronavirus, as Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi tested positive to the dreaded Covid-19.

Top journalist Dan Levene has revealed in a tweet that the 19-year-old is doing well and also that this weekend’s clash against Aston Villa might not hold again.

Chelsea cancelled training on Thursday in the wake of coronavirus fears, and now, the full men’s team squad, coaching staff and a number of backroom staff will self-isolate in line with Government health guidelines.

Chelsea’s Premier League game against Aston Villa this weekend is now in doubt and there are now talks that the Premier League will as well be suspended.
