The focus may be on how Liverpool will react after their 3-0 defeat to Watford on Sunday, as the Reds were well beaten by a struggling Watford team.
Before losing to Watford, Liverpool only managed to beat West Ham 3-2 and then lost to Atletico Madrid in the Champions League tie last week.
It has been a difficult past week for Jurgen Klopp’s side, and ahead of their visit to Stamford Bridge on Tuesday night, Chelsea boss Frank Lampard has hailed Liverpool for their stunning form this season and hinted that they have only become ‘slightly normal’ with their recent results.
Lampard said: “Liverpool have just had a couple of results like the rest of us do. They’ve been out on their own this season.
“It has been an incredible feat from Jürgen Klopp and the whole squad and they have just become slightly normal.”
Meanwhile, BBC Sport pundit Mark Lawrenson is predicting a draw between the two sides and expects Liverpool to win in a penalty shootout.
