Liverpool boss Jurgen Klopp will snub the FA Cup in favour of the Champions League and Premier League, having seen his side lose in the league for the first time in over a year on Saturday.

This is according to former Chelsea player Craig Burley, who has also backed Chelsea to beat Liverpool today at Stamford Bridge.

“I think Klopp is going to start putting more eggs in the Champions League basket,” he said on ESPN FC.

“I think he’ll weaken the side.

“For that reason, I’m going for Chelsea, but only if [Klopp] weakens his team.

“I think he might focus on the Premier League – which they’ll win – and the Champions League.

“After Saturday’s game, just go for the two of them rather than the three.

“I’m hedging my bets with that one.”
