Chelsea have a big game tonight in the FA Cup, as the Blues play host to Liverpool in the FA Cup fifth round tie at Stamford Bridge.
Liverpool have been having an excellent season so far, but have recently hit a poor patch of form after losing three of their last three games in all competitions, especially the 3-0 defeat to Watford over the weekend.
Former Liverpool striker Michael Owen is predicting a cagey affair for this game and thinks that the final result will be dependent on the team that Jurgen Klopp lines up.
Speaking to BetVictor he said: “For me, this is the tie of the round. Frank Lampard’s four winner’s medals is a reflection of his love affair with the competition and Liverpool are the best team on this planet this season.”
Owen added: “Since there are no replays at this stage of the competition, I see this being a tight, cagey affair. However, much will depend on the side Jurgen Klopp decides to put out, although as both Shrewsbury and Everton can attest to, even a more youthful Reds side will take some stopping.”
