Chelsea youngster Reece James is enjoying a debut season with the senior team as he has been given a chance to impress by Blues boss Frank Lampard, and he has done well so far.

Going through the academy, having been a Chelsea player since he was a kid, Reece James have seen many big names come and leave the club and he has also seen some names who failed to impress during their time at the club, but are doing well in their current clubs.

Two players who failed to make the cut at Chelsea were Mohamed Salah and Kevin De Bruyne, and interestingly, they are both superstars for Liverpool and Manchester City respectively.

If you were asked to pick one of the duo to return back to the club, who would you go for?

For Reece James, he’d rather have City star, De Bruyne.

During a AMA (ask me anything) session conducted by Bleacher Report, James said: “I’d probably have De Bruyne.

“Both are great at their position. There’s no major reason for De Bruyne over Salah. Just like his style of play.”

On Eden Hazard, Reece James added: “Eden Hazard. I just loved the way he played. I still love him. He’ll go down as one of Chelsea’s best players ever.”
