Willian joined Chelsea in 2013 from Anzhi Makhachkala, as the Blues beat rivals Tottenham to his signature.
Willian was signed by then manager Jose Mourinho, but the Brazilian has been managed by four extra managers since that time.
Just within seven years at the club, Willian has been managed by Jose Mourinho, Guus Hiddink, Antonio Conte, Maurizio Sarri and now former teammate Frank Lampard.
Despite the changes, Willian has been able to win the Premier League twice, the FA Cup, Carabao Cup and Europa League.
The Brazilian has admitted that Chelsea change a lot, but insisted that the club still finds a way to remain successful.
“Chelsea change a lot,” he told ESPN Brazil.
“In seven years, I have had five different coaches and philosophies.
“But even so, we won titles, because Chelsea always had that, it has always been like that and the club has continued to win titles. I think each club has a profile.”
