According to The Sun, Chelsea are keen to re-sign £70milion West Ham midfielder Declan Rice during the summer transfer window.
Manchester United and Arsenal have also been linked with the England holding midfielder, 21, who has become a key player for the Hammers.

The report claims 28 year old Brazilian-born Italian international would be allowed to leave Chelsea to make way for Rice’s return.
Despite West Ham having a poor season, Rice has shone in the midfield and picked up his first England cap earlier in 2019, earning six more since.
Rice started his career at Chelsea before joining West Ham as a 15 year old after he was released by the Blues.
