Do you believe in second chances? Well, a second chance for Chelsea to sign Erling Haaland might be a very difficult one as it stands.
Chelsea were among the top clubs linked with Haaland when he was with Austrian side RB Salzburg, but it was Borussia Dortmund who eventually signed up the Norwegian in the January transfer window.
Clubs in the Premier League and La Liga are still keeping watch on the young striker who has carried his impressive form to the German league.
According to German outlet Bild, Haaland has a £65 million release clause, which can only be activated from 2022.
Since joining Dortmund, he has scored 12 goals in 11 games, and Chelsea will have to rival the likes of Manchester United, Liverpool and Real Madrid if they want to sign up Haaland in 2022.
