The Premier League is currently suspended due to the coronavirus pandemic.

To avoid the season being scrapped and cancelled, the Premier League is looking at the option of playing the remaining games of the season behind closed doors.

Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek believes the atmosphere will feel flat without fans in the stadium.

Loftus-Cheek said, according to Daily Mirror: “The fans are what make football what it is. You saw a few games at the end of the season – well, not the end of the season, but recently – without the fans and it wasn’t the same.

“It was so far off what football feels like when fans are screaming, cheering.”
