Chelsea have been strongly linked with a move for former Liverpool midfielder Philippe Coutinho, with reports claiming that Blues boss Frank Lampard is a fan of the Brazilian.
Meanwhile, Liverpool could lose out on a hefty amount of money if Coutinho joins Chelsea from Barcelona, due to various clauses that were inserted into the deal that saw Coutinho seal a £142m Anfield exit.
According to the Daily Star, Liverpool could miss up to £18m in bonus payments if Barcelona offload Coutinho to Chelsea this summer.

According to the report, Liverpool received £105m up front when they sold Coutinho but the remaining £36m is made up of performance-related add-ons.
Liverpool have recouped most of the clauses already, but if Barca fail to win the Champions League this season, they will miss out on £4.5m.
Liverpool will lose another £9m if the 27-year-old makes 100 appearances for the club, which seems unlikely if he does leave at the end of the season.
