On this day about 11 years ago, the hearts of Chelsea fans were broken as Andres Iniesta scored a dying minute goal to stun the Blues in the Champions League semifinal clash and thus seal progress to the finals, beating Manchester United to the trophy in 2009.

Chelsea fans will look back at that game and remember the blunders of referee Tom Henning Ovrebo, in what was a very good year for the Blues to lift the Champions League trophy under Guus Hiddink.

Iniesta’s strike, 11 years ago on this day, saw Barcelona progress to the final, and Barca have gone on to hurt the Chelsea fans by posting a 10-hour loop video of the goal that sent the Blues packing from the Champions League in 2009.

Chelsea fans will look back at that game, with the mindset that Barcelona were only helped by the referee after a series of penalty decisions were denied by the referee.
