A Chelsea fan has criticised the club’s transfer strategy ahead of the summer transfer window.

According to Chelsea fan Oscar Phiri, the Blues should target fewer players instead of targeting lots of players without signing any.

Reacting to a post linking Chelsea with PSV Eindhoven midfielder Mohamed Ihattaren, Phiri said: “The problem with our team is we chase too many players but at the end of the day we come up with nothing or no one.

Our rival teams target one or two players and at the end of the day, they sign one or both of their targets.”

Do you agree?

Totally agree but I also know it’s just paper talk half the time. And we aren’t actually looking at most of the players. But we do get linked to way more than other teams.

I agree with you sir, that is the biggest challenge we have.

  3. We are not targeting our priority areas. A good central defender, a world class striker and a goalkeeper.
