Liverpool and Watford legend John Barnes has included Chelsea midfielder N’Golo Kante in his World XI.

Four Liverpool players (Trent Alexander-Arnold, Sadio Mane, Virgil van Dijk and Alisson). Manchester City’s Kevin de Bruyne.

Meanwhile, Kante has opted to skip training due to concerns over his health amid the coronavirus pandemic.

Former Liverpool striker Stan Collymore, has revealed that Kante has his backing on the decision he has made.

“Troy Deeney and N’Golo Kante have my absolute backing on the stance they are taking during this pandemic,” the 49-year-old told the Mirror.

“If they feel they are putting themselves or their families at risk by returning to training then I fully understand them not doing so. I would get that from any player as things stand.

“But what we need now for the integrity of the Premier League is to get ourselves to a position in three weeks’ time where every player who is injury free is available and comfortable to play.”
