Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is reportedly ready to offload several first-team players to help fund a summer rebuild.
Several reports had earlier claimed the Blues were ready to sell N’Golo Kante and Jorginho this summer but ESPN has now rubbished those claims.
According to ESPN, the Blues have no intention of selling either N’Golo Kante or Jorginho, who have been reported targets for Real Madrid and Juventus respectively.
Lampard is prepared to offload Tiemoue Bakayoko, who is on loan at Monaco, Marcos Alonso, Emerson Palmieri, Michy Batshuayi and Davide Zappacosta to free up funds for a summer spending spree, according to ESPN.
In their place it is hoped Ben Chilwell will arrive from Leicester, while Moussa Dembele is said to be the Blues’ top target up front.
RB Leipzig’s Timo Werner and Arsenal’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang are also under consideration.
