Former Chelsea star Oscar has looked back at his time at the club and has spoken about playing under two former Chelsea bosses Jose Mourinho and Antonio Conte.
Oscar seems to love his time under Jose and has hailed the Portuguese as a better manager than Antonio Conte.
He told ESPN Brasil: “Mourinho likes to work on the athlete’s psychological side. He always wants the player to be happy to play.
“Sometimes it seems to be difficult to work with him, but he does it because he charges to the maximum.
“He takes you out of your comfort zone. He’s really good.”
Oscar added: “I had a lot of good times with him. He was a guy who helped me grow a lot in football.
“He trusted me and praised me a lot for the press. I really enjoyed working with him.”
Oscar also spent six months under Antonio Conte before his shocking move to Shanghai SIPG in January 2017.
Speaking about the two former Chelsea managers, he said: “Mourinho is much more of a figure than [Antonio] Conte. He charges a lot, but he is very funny on a daily basis.
“When the team is winning, he plays a lot with the players and asks if the family is doing well. He likes to makes some jokes.”
