Tiemoue Bakayoko is three years into his Chelsea contract since his £40m move from Monaco but has made just 29 league appearances since 2017 for the Blues.
Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is keen on selling the French midfielder this summer to raise funds to strengthen the squad in the summer.
According to French publication Le10 Sport, Chelsea have set a price tag of €35m (£31m) for potential suitors ahead of the upcoming window.
French champions Paris Saint-Germain are reportedly interested in signing Bakayoko this summer and have contacted the Blues about signing the 25 year old midfielder.
However, PSG are reluctant to spend more than €30m £26.5m, which is less than Chelsea’s valuation of the midfielder.
Bakayoko has made no secret of his desire to one day make the move to PSG.
“Leonardo brought me to Milan, it was he who allowed me to recover my form by putting his trust in me,” he said last year.
“I have a lot of respect for him and Milan. I’m glad he’s coming to Paris, they’re the club of my heart and city.
“I’m sure he’ll do a good job. I wish him the best there. Of course I’d like to play in Paris, I won’t deny it.
“It means a lot to my loved ones and I. We’re real Parisians.”
