Chelsea striker Armando Broja is the first Chelsea player to reveal what he thinks about would be teammate Timo Werner.
With Timo Werner set to join Chelsea, Broja has spoken about the qualities of the German star, as he admitted that he has been watching the player for some time now.
During a Q&A session on Instagram, young Chelsea forward Broja – who made his first-team debut in March – gave his opinion about the player.
“What do I think about Werner coming in? I think Werner is a really good player,” he said.
“He’s really fast, he’s strong, he can score a lot of goals so I think he’s a really player.
“I’ve watched a lot of him on YouTube and he’s quite good so that’s a good signing I think.”
Meanwhile, Chelsea fans have been concerned Tammy Abraham could lose his place in the team to Werner despite being Chelsea’s top goalscorer this season.
Despite concerns over his place in the team by fans, Daily Express claim Abraham is keeping an open mind about the arrival of Timo Werner.
Abraham has always played as a No. 9, meaning Werner would likely have to play on the wing if Lampard starts Abraham.
