Christian Pulisic sets Premier League record after goal against Manchester City

Captain America, Christian Pulisic, scored the opening goal in Chelsea’s 2-1 victory over Manchester City at Stamford Bridge on Thursday night.

The victory over Manchester City ensured the Blues closed the gap to third placed Leicester City to just one point.

Pulisic set a Premier League record for the season after his brilliant solo goal against Manchester City.

Pulisic’s goal against Manchester City means the American international has now scored 7 Premier League goals this seasons so far – more than any other U21 player in the Premier League.

Pulisic has taken part in 25 games across all competitions for the Blues this season, making 19 starts. He has scored 8 goals and provided 6 assists.
