Chelsea winger Christian Pulisic came off with a knock during Chelsea’s 1-0 FA Cup victory at Leicester on Sunday.
Chelsea boss Frank Lampard confirmed after the win over Leicester City that Pulisic picked up a knock but is hopeful the injury isn’t serious.
Lampard said: “Christian felt some tightness in his calf during the second drinks break so we took him off straightaway.
“We will see the extent of that over the next couple of days but hopefully that won’t be anything serious.”
Meanwhile, Chelsea’s match winner Ross Barkley has revealed what Lampard told the players at halftime.
Barkley told BT Sport: “[He said we were] not good enough for the Chelsea badge to be performing like that.
“[We needed to] be vocal on the pitch and make things happen. We could have done better with the final pass and stuff like that.”
