Maurizio Sarri’s desire to sign Chelsea midfielder Jorginho, has seen the Blues also being linked with a swap deal for Juventus star Miralem Pjanic.
Jorginho is an important piece in Sarri-ball, and Juve have lacked that kind of midfielder in his team, and the former boss is believed to be willing to let go of Pjanic just to get Jorginho.
However, Pjanic is believed to favour a move to Barcelona ahead of Chelsea, and according to reports, he isn’t interested in the swap deal.
Meanwhile, Sarri has now warned the 30-year-old over his form.

Pjanic has played 32 times in all competitions for the Turin giants this season, scoring three goals and assisting four.
Sarri has now warned Pjanic to step up his game, and that a player of his calibre isn’t permitted to underperform.
“Miralem is a fantastic player,” he told Sky Sport Italia. “He can’t afford to underperform for four or five matches like he did. I spoke to him; he wasn’t able to recover from some bad matches.
“He needs to understand that he is a great player who can mistakes. He needs to react.”
