Chelsea boss Frank Lampard is already eyeing up two new signings after Chelsea agree a deal for Bayer Leverkusen attacking midfielder Kai Havertz.
The Blues have reportedly agreed personal terms with the Bayer Leverkusen midfielder and Lampard has already identified the next two signings to follow.
According to Daily Mail, Lampard is keen on signing a centre-back and left-back following the completion of the Premier League.
The report claims Lampard wants West Ham star Declan Rice and intends to use the midfielder as a centre-back.
Leicester City left-back Ben Chilwell remains Lampard’s first choice left-back target but the Blues will make a move for Ajax left-back Nicolas Tagliafico should a move for Chilwell be deemed too costly.
