Jorginho’s future at Stamford Bridge has been uncertain, as the Italy international hasn’t seen much game time since the restart of the season.
Former Blues boss Maurizio Sarri has been keen on signing Jorginho for his current side Juventus, but Chelsea weren’t keen on a deal.
However, it seems Lampard may have seen enough of Jorginho in the Premier League, as he has only had one start this season, with Lampard favouring N’Golo Kante, Mateo Kovacic and even Billy Gilmour.
Meanwhile, Jorginho’s agent Jorge Santos has now revealed that Sarri do want Jorginho, but the two clubs may have to agree.
Jorginho’s agent Jorge Santos told Radio Kiss Kiss via Le 10 Sport: “I know Fabio Paratici [the sporting director] well, but he never called me.
“(Maurizio) Sarri probably thinks he needs a player like Jorginho, but I don’t know what Juventus’ plan will be. If the Bianconeri and Chelsea agree, then we will assess.”
